DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Your order will be processed and ready to ship in 1 to 5 days. Once your order leaves our warehouse, allow 7 to 10 days for Free Shipping and Ground deliveries.
2-Day and Overnight shipments must be placed by 12pm EST (Monday - Friday) to be processed and shipped on the same day.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Most international shipments require customs duties or taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and must be paid before your customs office permits final delivery. Check with your local delivery vendor or customs office to find out what these fees will cost.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU & UK CUSTOMERS)
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, under EU consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU) and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 respectively.
Withdrawal period
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), takes physical possession of the goods. If your order contains multiple items delivered separately, the period runs from receipt of the last item.
How to exercise your right of withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g. an email to ecomm@ignite.co) before the 14-day period expires. You may use our withdrawal form (available here) or simply contact us directly with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw.
Returning the goods
Once you've notified us of your withdrawal, you must send the goods back to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless otherwise stated.
Refunds
We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding any extra costs from choosing a non-standard delivery method), without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or, if earlier, the day you provide evidence that the goods have been sent back. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of return, whichever is earlier. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
Condition of returned goods
You are entitled to examine the goods as you would in a physical store, to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond this — for apparel, that means items should be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact. Items showing signs of wear, odor, alteration, or damage may be refused or subject to a reduced refund.
